It’s okay to admit that you’ve no control over the situation, because the reality is we don’t. And don’t forget that bit of enjoyment as well.
Particularly for people who are busy with children or older relatives. Makes some time for yourself. Put something in place. Because burnout is a symptom or our times, not just in the workplace.
