A Time to Talk
At a time when you may be feeling overwhelmed with life and struggling to cope with your emotions, it can be extremely beneficial to speak with a professional.
Here at Dublin City Psychotherapy you can be assured of a professional, discreet and non-judgemental counseling service that will assist you with any concerns you may be experiencing and help you to gain insight and understanding into your situation.
Know that you are not alone when it comes to seeking professional assistance. In all sectors of society, across all age groups, speaking about one’s difficulties has never been more important than it is in today’s modern Ireland. Increasingly, we are seeing health professionals, politicians and even celebrities speaking out about the importance of strong mental health and psychotherapy services.
Online Sessions Available
Covid-19 has posed many challenges but we don’t need to face these challenges alone. While in-person appointments may not be possible for everyone, online and telephone therapy sessions are available. So you can now receive professional psychotherapy help from the comfort of your own home.
